Relaxation massage is an important part of therapeutic bodywork, and can have excellent benefits outside of a treatment plan. Incorporating positional release techniques, passive stretching, and gentle myofascial work into traditional massage allows for a deeply relaxing experience while also providing therapeutic benefits. These sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to your preferences; please feel free to ask for any specific accommodations you may need! Relaxation Massage sessions include: - Custom massage time tailored to your schedule - Full body or focused treatment (full body massage requires a minimum of 50 minutes) - Can be incorporated into therapeutic treatment plans - Table and Chair massage available Rates: - $1.75 per minute of bodywork, typically 30-90 minutes total - $45 charge for travel and setup time, additional charges beyond 60 minutes of total travel time
